Marlene Colby Jones, AHS Class of 1960, passed away on March 17.  Marlene married Tim Jones (AHS Class of 1959), who passed away many years ago.  When she and Tim married, she became the sister-in-law of Stuart Jones (AHS Class of 1956) and Dave Jones (AHS Class of 1958).  She worked as a bookkeeper in the Auburn School District for many years.  She worked in the business office at the administration building and then went to Auburn Riverside High School as their bookkeeper when ARHS opened. She had suffered with dementia the last few years of her life and was in the hospital for other health issues when she passed.  Her two daughters, Jennifer and Bethany, were with her when she passed.
